To identify high quality properties with significant upside and a very favorable risk to reward ratio that meets our very strict standards, we employ an innovative data driven process for uncovering the best metros, sub-markets, neighborhoods and target properties.
ACQUIRE & STABILIZE
After uncovering an investment property that meets our stringent criteria, our Asset Managers and Principals spring into action and work hand in hand with our property team to acquire the asset. After purchase, if the property is a turnaround property team members work relentlessly to stabilize the property.
VALUE & IMPROVEMENT
With effective management and enhancement of the property we are able to improve occupancy rates and increase rent rates, resulting in increased property values and higher cash flow for happy investors.
3-5 YEAR EXIT
We strive to divest the property and return capital and profits to investors in a 3-5 year time period. We take pride in communicating frequently with our investors, and provide updates on progress toward reaching the stated exit price for the property.

Our investors can invest as little as $50,000 in most of our syndicated projects, and can typically be accredited or non-accredited. We work closely with our investors to understand their investment needs and the suitability of our syndicated investment projects to help them meet their goals.
INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS AND FUNDS
We are able to offer institutional investors preferred equity in most of our projects, and work closely to match up institutional investors with appropriate opportunities.
We encourage Family Office principals to diversify and consider value-add real estate in properties that have upside and long-term appreciation potential.

Partner & Director of Operations
Leslie is the Director of Operations and Co-founder of Xsite Capital Investment LLC. He manages the company operations, market/data analysis, cash flow and budget analysis. Leslie bought his first investment property in 2017 and transitioned to multifamily investing in 2019.
In 2019, Leslie partnered and invested in a 192-unit apartment project as a Limited Partner. Currently, Leslie and his partners have $20 million of real estate assets under management. is a Nurse Anesthetist in Baltimore, Maryland, and his team hosts a rapidly growing multifamily focused meetup in Maryland where they provide resources and add value to individuals interested in growing their wealth and changing their financial future.
Leslie is a husband and father of two beautiful girls and loves to spend his spare time reading, spending time in nature and flying drones.
Partner & Director of Investor Relations
Julius is the Director of Investor Relations and Co-founder of Xsite Capital Investment LLC. Prior to joining Xsite Capital, Julius' investment focus was single family real estate and angel investing. Over the past five years, Julius has invested in multiple start-ups, and currently sits on the advisory board of three healthcare-related start-ups. Along with his partners, Julius has $20 million of real estate assets under management. He graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Plattsburgh, obtained his medical degree with AOA honors from Howard University, and completed residency and fellowship at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases and Rush, respectively.
Julius works as an orthopedic surgeon in Baltimore, Maryland, with sub-specialization in hip and knee replacements, and was voted Top Doc for Joint Replacement by Baltimore Magazine in 2019. His interests include travel, music, global health and spending time with his wife.
Partner & Director of Acquisition
Tenny is the Director of Acquisition and Co-founder of Xsite Capital Investment LLC. Prior to forming Xsite Capital, Tenny spent several years leading a major sales team in one of the fastest growing financial services companies in America. He is also a Global Cyber Security professional, supporting the likes of Boeing and Deloitte.

Mauricio is the founder and CEO of Premier Law Group, a premier boutique securities law firm. As a nationally recognized expert on private placements, Mauricio works with elite entrepreneurs who seek to increase and protect their wealth through syndications. Mauricio specializes in Reg D exempt offerings and educates investors from around the world on how to navigate the complex world of securities laws. Known for taking complex matters and making them simple to understand, Mauricio is sometimes, jokingly, referred to as one of the few lawyers who actually speaks English.
Regularly traveling around the U.S. as a noted speaker to business groups, Mauricio is also as regular contributor to The Real Estate Guys™ Radio show (consistently one of the most downloaded podcast on real estate investing) and is Robert Helms’ personal advisor.
Twice a year, Mauricio joins Ken McElroy (master syndicator with close to 10,000 apartment units totaling $500m) and The Real Estate Guys™ to teach a few hundred students, the ‘Secrets of Successful Syndication’ a comprehensive course on raising capital for entrepreneurs. Once a year, Mauricio shares the stage with the likes of Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad, Poor Dad, best selling financial author of all times), Tom Hopkins, Simon Black, Peter Schiff, Chris Martenson, and others as a faculty member of the ‘Summit at Sea’, a week long high-level summit with elite, like-minded real estate entrepreneurs.
Mauricio previously served as a member of the elite group of “EVG Advisors” who along with the Elevation Group,™ are committed wholeheartedly to provide real education often overlooked by traditional educators.
With over 18 years of experience, Mauricio has previously been selected as a “Southern California Rising Star” by the Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine, recognizing him as one of the top 2.5% up-and-coming lawyers in Southern California. A graduate of The University of California at Berkeley, Mauricio obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board.

Christopher M Higingbotham
RVP, First Communities Management Inc.
Chris serves as an RVP with First Communities Management and has been active in helping to oversee a portfolio in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and southern Georgia. Since joining the team in 2014, Chris has overseen the takeover and management of over 30 properties and currently Chris is also responsible for all aspects of on-site due diligence for new acquisitions, on-site operations, employee training, and capital projects. Prior to joining FCM, Chris was a regional property manager for a portfolio of distressed conventional, HUD and LIHTC multifamily properties throughout the Southeast.
Chris served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for eight years, including multiple deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Chris was awarded several Combat Service Awards during his tenure. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia, where he majored in biology.
Ed Romano CPM
Executive Vice President, First Communities Management Inc.
Ed joined First Communities in 1988. He is responsible for maintaining excellent performance for a portfolio of approximately 20,000 units in the Sunbelt States. His leadership team has extensive experience in due diligence, acquisitions, and strategic redevelopment. The group specializes in value add opportunities with over 100 renovations for private and institutional clients. Ed is a certified CPM and serves as FCM’s Chairperson for the Atlanta Community Food Bank initiative. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida.

Vikram is the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Viking Capital Investments, LLC (Viking Capital). Prior to forming Viking Capital Investors, LLC, Vikram was the Co-Founder and CEO of Dare Investments, where he was instrumental in the start-up of a real estate investment firm, acquiring numerous single family and commercial assets across Georgia. Vikram has years of real estate investment experience in single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. Vikram works as a cardiologist in Washington, D.C. Vikram's strengths include raising capital and strategic acquisitions, as well as asset management. Vikram received a Bachelor’s Degree from Emory University, as well as a Medical Degree from Medical College of Georgia. He is focused on Syndication strategies, Multifamily Investing, and Asset Management. He is a member of the Washington, D.C. REIA Chapter. Vikram has competed in Tough Mudder and Spartan Races, and is an avid traveler and adventurer. He is also CEO of Vitology Institute a dynamic wellness center in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

Ravi is the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Viking Capital Investments, LLC (Viking Capital). Prior to forming Viking Capital LLC, Ravi was the Founder and CEO of MMG Capital, a real estate company with a multi-million dollar portfolio in the greater Washington, D.C. area. His strengths include raising capital, investor relations, repositioning, conservation, and green energy. Ravi is the director of operations for Viking Capital with an expertise on value add renovation, construction, and asset management. Ravi also directs Viking Capital’s Charitable arm. Ravi graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia, with a major in biology and minor in chemistry. He also received his medical doctorate from the University of Virginia. He completed his residency and research fellowship training at the University of North Carolina and Duke. He is a practicing physician in northern Virginia. His interests include reading, travel, nutrition, charity, and spending time with his wife and kids.
